Collection: 1:1 Performance Coaching for Work & Home Life Scenarios

Because why should dress rehearsals be reserved for actors?

COUPLE SAT AT A LAPTOP SMILING

Don’t you think we focus too much on how we are coming across instead of the words that we actually want to say? We constantly compare ourselves to others who seem so self assured as they speak freely, openly, and without fear of judgement. Wouldn't it be great if you could feel prepared with what to say and how to say it before the conversation? Well now you can…

Red Lens is the place to go if you need to build your confidence in front of the camera. Shireenah - the founder - has helped me to interact with the audience, deliver clear concise messages, and feel comfortable being recorded.

In film and video, the best performances come out of a relaxed approach where your personality shines through. Can’t recommend this professional and highly skilled business enough!

My first Actors G.Y.M session was really eye opening. It's a great place to go and 'exercise' your talent. The energy in the room was wonderful which gave us room to be free and play! Shireenah successfully created a space where a group of strangers, of mixed backgrounds/acting experience could move as an ensemble. Her use of Meisner allowed us to tap into truthful performances, I would highly recommend this class and I'll definitely be returning.

I took part in Red Lens's Actors G.Y.M recently, on Wednesday 6th July, and I have nothing but great things to say about it. Shireenah made me feel very comfortable and at ease within the class, and I could see others were as well. The class started with a focus, 'Purpose', and we were asked what springs to mind when we think of this. The whole session had 'Purpose' at the centre, and through acting games and improvisation, Shireenah helped us to see how this can be worked in to our characterisation & scenes.
